There are approximately 30 acres of open land and approximately 10 acres of woodland available for lease.   In addition, there is one lake and two ponds if needed.

Existing or start-up businesses relating to horticulture or fishery would be ideally suited to conduct business on this land.

The land is fertile and ready to accomodate all farming/agriculture connected businesses.

Jameah Islameah prefers to lease this land to large scales businesses only.

You may erect a barn or build any time of structure you wish (after obtaining planning permission).
